Where are draft orders
Section titled “Where are draft orders”Every order Hello Order creates is tagged “hello-order”. In Shopify admin, open Draft orders and filter by that tag to see them all.
How to see pending orders
Section titled “How to see pending orders”Same tag filter, narrowed to draft orders that haven’t been completed yet — no invoice paid, and not marked as paid.
How to see completed orders
Section titled “How to see completed orders”Once a draft order is paid or marked as paid, it becomes a real Shopify order. Filter your Orders list by the “hello-order” tag to see completed orders.
How to start a new order from an existing one
Section titled “How to start a new order from an existing one”Open any order in Shopify admin — not just ones Hello Order created, this works on any order — and choose “Create with Hello Order” from the “More actions” menu. A new order opens in Hello Order with that customer and all its items already added. Fulfillment, gift message, and payment start fresh, since those often change between orders.
